Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once full payment is received through the authorized sales channel or Online Travel Agency (OTA).
Tour Operation
Tours operate on scheduled dates and times. Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, sea traffic, ferry schedules, or other operational reasons to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Meeting Points & Punctuality
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Delays or no-shows may result in cancellation without refund.
Inclusions & Optional Services
Only services explicitly listed as “included” are covered in the tour price. Optional services such as private transfers, sea taxis, special arrangements, or upgrades are available at an additional cost unless stated otherwise.
Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the tour. The operator is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing medical conditions or failure to follow guide instructions.
Weather & Sea Conditions
Sea-related experiences are subject to weather and sea conditions. In case of unsafe conditions, the operator reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel parts of the tour.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms agreed upon with the relevant OTA or booking platform. No refunds are provided for unused services or early departures.
Liability
The tour operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Force Majeure
The operator shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, ferry disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
