Cancellation Policy

At Princes Islands Tour, we are committed to delivering exceptional and memorable experiences across the Princes’ Islands. While we strive to ensure every booking runs smoothly, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all tours, activities, transfers, and services booked through Princes Islands Tour.

This policy applies to all group and private tours, hotel reservations, transfer services, and sea taxi arrangements booked directly with Princes Islands Tour, on a per-person and per-service basis.


General Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or service start time are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Group Size Adjustments

Changes to the number of participants can be requested up to 24 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability.

If the group size decreases within 24 hours of the tour, pricing will be adjusted based on the final confirmed number of participants. No refunds will be issued for last-minute reductions.


Third-Party Services

Certain services may include third-party arrangements such as:

  • Sea taxi services
  • Private yacht rentals
  • Special event venues
  • Hotel reservations

These services may be subject to separate cancellation terms defined by the third-party provider. In such cases, partial or full refunds may depend on the provider’s policy.


Rescheduling Policy

If you prefer to reschedule instead of cancel:

  • Requests made within the free cancellation period (more than 24 hours before start time) can be changed without penalty, subject to availability.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the tour start time may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Participants who arrive late or fail to attend the tour at the scheduled meeting time without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.


Changes to Itinerary

While we aim to follow the planned itinerary, external factors such as weather conditions, sea conditions, traffic, operational restrictions, or site availability may require adjustments. Princes Islands Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety or operational reasons. Such changes do not qualify for compensation.


Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special promotions, discounted offers, or customized arrangements may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These conditions will be clearly stated in advance


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies that may affect travel plans.


Changes to This Policy

Princes Islands Tour reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated terms will apply to bookings made after the revision date.
